PATHWAY Program

Capstone’s 2024 PATHWAY Program is a 10-12-week summer internship program. The PATHWAY program begins with a week-long orientation to introduce you to the firm and your respective business function. Throughout the program, you will get hands-on experience through a blended learning experience – classroom, virtual and real-time engagements. You will attend educational sessions given by our analysts and learn what it means to predict policy, quantify impact and recommend strategies to our clients. A typical day for an intern could look like reading legislation, analyzing news articles and white papers to understand policy dynamics and their effects on industries, and identifying stocks influenced by the policies. You will then combine your policy insights with financial analysis to publish reports, guiding our clients to make well-informed investment decisions.

The PATHWAY Program supports an intern’s learning journey by assigning dedicated mentors, organizing weekly lunch and learn sessions with different business teams, intern-specific training sessions, encouraging participation in our policy events, as well as completion of a project that includes writing a research note and a firm-wide presentation.

This is your opportunity to work on projects that matter to our clients, to bring solutions to life and lead with ideas. The PATHWAY internship is designed not only for you to learn, do great work, and grow, but also to experience our collegial culture where great minds, differentiated ideas, deep-dive research and strategic business decisions intersect to make a difference – each and every day.
